Growing up can be challenging. Both school and home should be safe and supportive places, but sometimes situations arise that feel difficult and overwhelming. How can you support a friend who is going through a tough time?
“Venninne manualen” is a guidebook for teenagers facing challenging situations. It is distributed for free to girls in middle and high school, providing advice, guidance, and a sense of security in everyday life.
The book addresses difficult topics, and teenagers want to be taken seriously, so it was important for me to create a mature and stylish design. I achieved this by limiting the color palette to two colors and setting strict guidelines for the illustrations. I was responsible for the entire design, the illustrations, and took part in the proofreading process.
